I had an unforgettable stay at this resort, celebrating my 30+ wedding anniversary. The location on a beautiful property is ideal for both romantic getaways and family time. The service was truly exceptional; every team member went above and beyond, even during challenging circumstances. However, a slight downside was the recent earthquake activity, which left us a bit uneasy at times. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would gladly repeat.
My stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The property was stunning, the service was incredibly attentive, and the dining options were exceptional. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, such as the service in the restaurants and a few amenities that seem to have changed over time. Overall, it was still a delightful getaway.
Our stay at this resort was a memorable experience overall. The setting was stunning, featuring beautiful landscaping that has significantly improved since the hurricane. The rooms were not only clean but also very spacious, and the outdoor shower was a unique touch. However, the service left much to be desired, with some staff members not being up to par with the standard we expected, which was disappointing. The dining at Chef Mario Pagan’s Melao restaurant was spectacular, but other dining experiences did lack some consistency.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely magical. The moment I arrived, the attention to detail and service made me feel special. The property itself is stunning with breathtaking views, multiple pools, and elegant amenities. However, while the dining was impressive, the prices are on the higher side, and one aspect of my experience left room for improvement concerning billing accuracy. Overall, if you're willing to splurge, it's worth every penny but be careful with charges.
